Overview
During this Sprint we focus on making sure you have the best people in your startup in the key roles the business needs for growth.
In order to know how to best resource your startup you first need to know the skills you bring to the business, your gaps and the same of your cofounders. Each cofounder needs to have a clear role within the business that has defined responsibilities. You also need to be aware of the key functions required in a successful startup and especially those for your chosen market and sector. This Sprint will take you through how you can map these.
We will also discuss the key considerations for hiring and building your company culture – which can be your best asset to have a competitive advantage to attract great talent to your business.
Completing this sprint will help you:
- You will have a clear understanding of the three main areas of business and the balance between them
- You will have detailed your strengths and weaknesses plus the role and responsibilities you are accountable for in your startup, along with your cofounders
- Build out a seat map for the next 6 months and know what roles they are looking to fill
- Increase your understanding of recruitment process
- Be able to articulate what you want the culture of your businesses to be
