We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only collect and store your email address (which is used as your Sign In ID). If you buy a subscription to our virtual accelerator, then you will be asked for your credit card details, which we communicate to Stripe (our payment gateway) using secure methods. We do not store or process any credit card details at https://sbcaspire.io.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to do so by law or to be able to provide you with an add-on service such as a digital badge. In addition, we may be required to share personally identifying information with our partners where we have been contracted to carry out a service on their behalf.
