Our Preparing for Growth programs are delivered in Sprints, focussed on a specific topic. Each Sprint provides you with the key foundations by introducing the main principals for success, plus give you tools and resources to make sure you apply the learning to your startup. If you make the time to develop your skills and apply the learning you will be able to see the impact straight away. Using our insights and tools will make sure  you don’t make any unnecessary mistakes, costing you time and money, along the way.

Prepare your startup for scale with us

We have three bundles so we can support you on your startup journey depending on what stage you are - StartUp, SkillUp and ScaleUp. You can visit each bundle to learn more. Each topic included in a bundle is delivered in Sprints. A Sprint is designed to take between two to three weeks of learning and application. At the end of each Sprint you will book a workshop with your KIB Specialist to go through your plans, actions and takeaways from the Sprint.
