Overview
The purpose of this sprint is to ensure you have a scalable Product to meet the needs of your growing customer base.
You are ready to scale when you have a proven product and a proven business model, and you are looking to expand your customer base, looking at new markets and geographies.
To achieve this you must have a customer informed product development roadmap which is a clear, prioritized list of product development.
It is important to remember that product development does not stop once your product is live in the market and there are key business and product elements we see Managers/Product Managers often overlook – Customer Lifetime Value, Cost to Serve and Churn as well as ensuring you are using the right product stack and building the infrastructure of your technology for scale and make sure it has the ability of a system to grow to meet the business needs. We cover these three topics and how you can address them in this course.
Our goal is to make sure you are delivering a product that also is feasible and is linked to your commercial goals as a business.
Completing this sprint will help you:
- Understand Customer Lifetime Value - know yours today and what the best CLTV is for your business
- Learn about Cost-to-Serve your customers, know the impact of this on your business and how to measure it
- Learn the six key ways to reduce Churn
- Evaluate your product for scale - are you using the right stack and infrastructure?
- Understand your key engineering priorities for your Product Roadmap
- Update (or Create) your Product Roadmap so it is Customer informed for you to serve them, keep them happy and engaged and ensure the business is commercially feasible
