In a growing business operations is an area that is always under great pressure as it is where everything that is happening in the business comes together – recruitment, team building, sales, delivery, overhead management, finances, legal and compliance…..

 

There isn’t a set of basic operation practices that every company shares. It depends on the services that are offered and the staff in the company. However, in working with hundreds of scaling companies we have found some key areas that all good managers should consider to ensure the operations of the business can keep up with growth.


During this Sprint we will cover three key areas, share tools and best practice so as your company grows, your operational capacity grows efficiently and effectively. You want to be able to match demand as you grow and continue to deliver and provide your customers what they expect from your business, you want to be able to build scalable operations for your business.

This Sprint is perfect for Founders, CEOs or COOs – the senior team responsible for building efficiency into the way your business is run and how your team are working on the key pillars of your business. 

Learning Path

Our first Step introduces you to the three key pillars of your company’s operations – People, Performance Metrics and Tools, Processes & Automation. And covers a deep dive into the People Pillar

You need to be able to know what to measure and how to measure it to make sure you are building the business to achieve your goals & strategy. 

 

Only once you have a firm grasp of your people & metrics pillars can you move on to making sure you have the right tools & processes in place to support them. We look at how you can use automation to support your operations at scale.

You will take the time to review your operations processes and plans and ensure you have an up to date SOP for your team to work to

You will have learnt a great deal and have clear outputs from the Sprint. The final step is to connect with your KIB Specialist for your workshop with them to answer any questions you have and complete the course
