Now, as you look to accelerate the impact of your marketing, it is time to make sure you have captured that insight to build out a strategic marketing plan for growth that communicates “why you” in a way that connects and is authentic for your customers.
We will spend time looking at the key fundamentals of your marketing activity so you have a well developed plan plan. This will enable you to know what areas of your marketing activity to focus on and amplify and importantly, where you should be spending your budget to accelerate engagement and growth.

- Evaluate Inbound vs Outbound marketing activity for your business
- Develop your content creation strategy
- Make sure you measure! Build metrics into your strategy
- Manage Social Media (including Instagram)

Next we look at Inbound versus Outbound marketing and this step will help you decide what is the best mix for your business
Working with our suggested tools you will consider what types of content are right for your marketing campaigns and develop your content marketing plans
You want to know what is working, what is not and how you can improve your content and channels. This step helps you evaluate your activity.
Engaging on social media helps you build stronger relationships, trust and loyalty. But how do you know which ones to be on ? And how often should you post?
You will have learnt a great deal and have clear outputs from the Sprint. The final step is to connect with your KIB Specialist for your workshop with them to answer any questions you have and complete the course
