This Sprint focuses on the fundamentals of Sales

Sales is an art and a science. 

This Sprint will help you set up a sales process for your business, making sure you have the right blend of art and science.  We will share with you a wealth of insight as to how you can make sure you are succeeding with your sales efforts, so that  your sales efforts can scale beyond your own energy and activity. 

The course will cover the power of storytelling, the sales mindset and the sales journey to make sure your startup has the key sales fundamentals in place to grow your business. Our goal is to help you build your Sales Strategy – understand and document your sales journey. How do your customers adopt your solution?

Who is the sprint for?

This Sprint is perfect for Founders, CEOs or Business Development Managers –  anyone who is  engaging potential customers, building leads and responsible for driving sales. 

Learning Path

A deep dive into fundamentals of selling, to ensure you are understanding what you are selling, how you are selling and how does this fit in with the actions and needs of your customers

You need to understand the benefits you are providing them, how you can communicate this clearly and attract them to listen through the power of storytelling 

Working with our suggested tools you will create and review your key messages and sales strategy (with input from your customers!)

Using the Freytag Pyramid, develop your sales pitch. This is a great tool to help you focus on the key pieces to the story your customers care about and understand how this can support your sales conversations.

 

You will have learnt a great deal and have clear outputs from the Sprint. The final step is to connect with your KIB Specialist for your workshop with them to answer any questions you have and complete the course
