The objective of this Sprint is to support you on Building your Growth Roadmap.
Your business needs a North Star, a guiding light of where you are wanting to take your business to. This is entirely personal to you, your cofounders and management team.  You might want to build a lifestyle business, or build your company to a certain size of revenue, people or market share, or you might want to be building the number one business of choice in your sector. Whatever your goal you will need a Roadmap to help you get there, with clear milestones, metrics and vision which helps you know if you are on track or not.

Learning Path

Our first Step is to share with you the different types of  Growth Roadmaps, and their core components so you can decide on what is the best approach for your company

Using best practice tools and insights you will start to develop your Roadmap

Dictated by the milestones you are wanting to  achieve you will be able to identify the resources (people & financial) you will need to deliver on the vision

We will share key metrics you will want to consider so you can measure your progress and track if you are heading in the right direction.

You will have learnt a great deal and have clear outputs from the Sprint. The final step is to connect with your KIB Specialist for your workshop with them to answer any questions you have and complete the course
